Rochester, N. Y. – Local leaders celebrated the National Day of Racial Healing on Tuesday. Rochester Mayor Lovely Warren, Chamber of Commerce CEO Bob Duffy and City Council President Loretta Scott announced the city’s participation in an effort called “Project Let’s Get REAL. ” “REAL” stands for “Race, Equity and Leadership. ” The project is part of a three-year program through the National League of Cities.
